These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and members of Rituél+.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Rituél+, our digital products, or any part of the Wellness & Wondering Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you are accessing Rituél+ on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that they accept these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your login information remains private and secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by someone else using your device or password.
Rituél+, our breathwork tools, ritual practices, journal prompts, reflections, and all digital content are designed for general wellness, mindfulness, and personal reflection. They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, or professional therapy.
Nothing in our Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic assessment or guidance.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, or if you are experiencing distress, anxiety, or other symptoms, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using breathwork, journaling exercises, or any wellness practice.
By using Rituél+, you agree that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that you will use the Services safely, mindfully, and within your personal limits.
By using our Services, you agree to use Rituél+ and all Wellness & Wondering content in a lawful, respectful, and mindful way.
You agree that you will not:
• Use the Services for any illegal or harmful activity
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the app
• Share your login credentials with anyone else
• Upload or share harmful code, malware, or disruptive content
• Misuse any wellness tools in a way that may cause harm to yourself or others
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with your local laws and regulations.
Rituél+ is a subscription-based wellness membership. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment provider (Stripe) to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
By purchasing a membership, you agree that:
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date
• You can cancel at any time, but refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods
• Pricing may change in the future, but Founders Pricing remains locked for original subscribers
If a payment fails or your billing method expires, your access to Rituél+ may be paused until the payment is successfully processed.
Rituél+ is a digital subscription service. Because members receive immediate access to all included digital tools, rituals, and features, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Please note:
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We do not offer refunds for unused time
• We do not offer refunds for forgetting to cancel
• Founders Pricing remains locked for original members, but cancelled plans do not retain past pricing if restarted later
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at wellnessandwondering@gmail.com and we will review the situation in good faith.
All content provided by Wellness & Wondering™ and Rituél+—including journal prompts, ritual scripts, breathwork guides, audio, visuals, branding, website designs, digital products, and all other materials—is owned by Wellness & Wondering™ and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You agree that you will not:
• Copy, reproduce, or resell our content
• Share membership content outside your personal use
• Claim our rituals, text, designs, or tools as your own
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
• Create derivative works based on our content
Personal use is permitted as intended within the Services. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or adaptation without written permission from Wellness & Wondering™ is strictly prohibited.
If you wish to license or collaborate on content, please contact us directly.
To keep Rituél+ safe, supportive, and respectful for all users, you agree to use the Services in a responsible and lawful manner.
You agree NOT to:
• Use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with system security or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any law
• Tamper with or reverse engineer any part of the app or website
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions or membership features
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Rituél+ if these guidelines are violated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness & Wondering™ and its owners, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, any emotional discomfort, physical reactions to breathwork, personal insights, or outcomes resulting from journaling, reflection exercises, or ritual practices.
You understand that wellness practices involve personal responsibility, and you agree to use the Services mindfully and at your own risk.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Services, your sole remedy is to discontinue using Rituél+.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rituél+ at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or engaged in harmful or unlawful behavior.
We may also restrict access if technical, security, or maintenance issues require it. In such cases, we aim to restore access as soon as reasonably possible.
If your membership is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, refunds will not be provided.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue refunds for past payments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it with us informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts located in Canada.
