This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Rituél+ and all digital products from Wellness & Wondering. We aim to be transparent, fair, and clear so you always know what to expect.
Rituél+ is a digital wellness membership that provides immediate access to rituals, breathwork, journal prompts, soundscapes, and supportive tools. Because access is instant and ongoing, all payments are generally non-refundable.
This policy explains when refunds may be available, how cancellations work, and what you can expect from your membership billing.
Rituél+ and all Wellness & Wondering products are fully digital. This means you receive instant access to members-only content, journal tools, breathwork guides, soundscapes, and ritual practices as soon as your purchase is completed.
Because the content cannot be “returned” once accessed, all digital sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Rituél+ is billed on a recurring subscription basis. When you subscribe, you authorize Wellness & Wondering™ and our payment provider (Stripe) to automatically charge your selected payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
By subscribing, you understand that:
• Your membership renews automatically each billing period
• You must keep your payment information up to date
• You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date
• Founders Pricing will remain locked for original members as long as the subscription remains active
If a payment fails, access to Rituél+ may be paused until the charge is successfully processed.
You may cancel your Rituél+ membership at any time. Once cancelled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Please note:
• Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date
• Cancelling stops future charges but does not trigger a refund
• If you cancel a Founders Price plan, you may not be able to rejoin at the same price in the future
To cancel, you can contact us directly or manage your subscription through your account or Stripe customer portal (if provided).
Because Rituél+ provides immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may offer a refund in rare cases if required by law or at our discretion.
Refunds may be considered if:
• You were charged due to a technical error
• You were charged after properly cancelling before your renewal date
• Local consumer protection laws require a refund
Each situation will be reviewed fairly, and we reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the specific circumstances.
